LOGAN L. WATTS, PHD

Dr. Watts is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the University of Texas at Arlington, where he directs the PELICAN lab and teaches graduate courses in leadership, organizational behavior, and applied research design. He holds a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Oklahoma. He has published 60 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters as well as the book, Ethics Training for Managers. He also serves as an Associate Editor for Creativity Research Journal and Editorial Board Member for Journal of Creative Behavior.

SAMPOORNA NANDI, MS

Sampoorna is a doctoral student in Psychology at the University of Texas at Arlington. She completed a Master’s degree in Organisational and Social Psychology at the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Sophia College, University of Mumbai. Her research interests include negative interpersonal behaviors in the workplace such as arrogance, bullying, and abusive supervision, as well as considering how gender and culture influence perceptions of and reactions to these behaviors.

Peter “PETE” mclemore, BA

Pete is a doctoral student in Psychology at the University of Texas at Arlington. He completed an undergraduate degree at the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, OK where he majored in psychology. Prior to entering the doctoral program, Pete spent a number of years in the workforce; most recently as a Business Systems Analyst. His primary research interests include creativity, innovation, and leadership.

Ellie Tran, BS

Ellie is a doctoral student studying Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the University of Texas at Arlington where she also completed her Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Biology. During her undergraduate, she was a teaching and research assistant. Her research interests include factors that contribute to effective leadership and team collaboration in various types of organizational contexts.
